Overview
L’Essence Hair & Beauty is a premium haircare brand
The project focused on helping the client build a refined, salon-quality identity that felt elegant, modern and commercially viable within the competitive professional haircare market.
Challenge
The haircare market is saturated with brands promising nourishment, shine and repair. The challenge was to create an identity that stood out visually while remaining timeless and credible. The brand needed strong shelf presence in salon environments while also translating effectively to digital platforms. Packaging had to communicate quality instantly, with clear hierarchy and refined detailing that signalled premium positioning without feeling clinical or overdesigned.
The overall aim was to ensure the brand felt cohesive, elevated and market-ready.
My Approach
My approach focused on building L’Essence as a cohesive, premium brand from the outset. I began by defining the visual tone and positioning, ensuring the typography, colour palette and layout communicated refinement and softness.
From there, I developed a scalable packaging system and created product visuals with careful attention to lighting, texture and composition. Every decision was made to balance aesthetic elegance with commercial viability across both salon and digital environments.
Outcome
The result is a full luxury haircare range that demonstrates cohesive brand development from identity through to launch visuals.
